A dynamic, full-body workout that tones, tightens and builds control through every plane of movement. This signature class hits every major muscle group, combining slow resistance, flow and control. Expect variety, challenge and the kind of strength that sticks with you long after class.

FULL BODY REFORMER

60 minutes of reformer magic focused on glutes, abs and lower body burn. We dial up the resistance, add props and keep the vibe high while you tighten, tone and sculpt your way through.

Reformer Sculpt

Full Body - our contemporary style mat Pilates hits every major muscle group to build strength and boost flexibility using body weight and a mix of small equipment.

Sculpt – our contemporary style mat Pilates focusing on legs, glutes and core exercises to tone and sculpt these areas using body weight and a mix of small equipment.

Mat Pilates

This class blends the precision of Pilates with the intensity of HIIT to get your heart pumping and your whole body fired up. Dynamic sequences & powerful bursts of movement; all while keeping the core control and alignment we love. It’s full-body, high-energy and seriously fun.

HIIT Pilates

Power yoga - A strong vinyasa flow designed to move, lengthen, and empower building strength, flexibility and inner heat.

Slow Flow - A gentle flow that’s all about slowing down and switching off – deep stretches, steady movement and a dreamy shavasana.

A feel-good class focused on improving joint health, flexibility and movement from head to toe. Each session may target the upper body, lower body or a mix of both.  Using strength-based mobility work to release tension, improve range of motion and help you move with more ease.

Mobility Classes

Ballet-inspired, Pilates-powered. This upbeat class blends barre technique with sculpting Pilates moves - all set to great music. Expect a full-body burn, long lean muscles and serious feel-good vibes.

Balu Barre

Strut, sass, and shake it. Our Heels class is all about feeling fierce and fabulous! No dance experience needed. Each class teaches an easy-to-learn mini routine (think Beyoncé, Ciara, Destiny’s Child energy) designed to boost your confidence and unleash your inner queen. Heels optional, attitude essential.

Heels
